Several friends and I visited DC with the express purpose of seeing the White House decorated for Christmas.... it did not disappoint! There was a controversy that year over the red trees in one of the major hallways as selected by Melania Trump.... I am not a fan of the Trumps, to put it mildly, but the decorations were stunning. I found the controversy a bit absurd....
